How about approaching a linen company to donate or co-support the effort by giving a new towel and face cloth away in conjunction with your idea.
As well, include a small bar of Ivory soap.
Most people need such almost as bad as food .
You could also include toothbrush,paste , etc...
As a package it could be "Load of Help",with "Loads of Hope"
