I second Brenda's comment. I usually buy tide regular scent powder however going to walmart I only find tide regular scent powder HE. I also like buying the larger sizes for better deals but only find regular scent powder HE. Why is this? It seems like the only regular scent non- HE is the liquid small bottle. I would be happy to buy the HE if I knew it would work the same however don't want to get less for my money.
