Austell, GA needs Loads of Hope!
Loads of Hope is needed in Austell, Georgia as a result of the recent floods. Any plans for that to happen?

Inappropriate?Hi Nancy - Thanks for getting in touch, our Loads of Hope team has been monitoring the floods and we are working closely with our partner Feeding America to assess the need for our services.

Inappropriate? This is an awesome charity and thing that you are doing. As you may already be aware of Atlanta, GA has just experienced the worse flooding ever. I know that there are many here that could use the Loads of Hope truck!!! Look forward to seeing you here in the ATL and will encourage my co-workers, family and friends to use TIDE Detergent to support this cause!!!!

Inappropriate?i would like to see the tide loads of hope truck come to the North Metro Atlanta and join the relief efforts to help victims of the recent flooding tragedy. I know so many people who are without a home much less washing machines. Their clothes (some) could be salvaged if only they had the means of getting them cleaned!! I'm so amazed at the loads of hope program and the lives that it has touched. I have "loads of hope" that they will help here too!!!

Inappropriate?Come to North Georgia...Please!!! They have no clean clothes and no way of washing them. My brother is going to Austell everyday to help the flood of 2009 victims and tells me stories of how the people have clothes hung on lines all over the nieghborhood. This situation has become a Federal Disaster, however there are some places that have not qualified, but were severly affected.

Inappropriate?Nancy is right...and the longer that they stall with the loads of Hope truck, the more clothes these people do not have to wear on their back, and with colder weather expected....40 degrees tomorrow night, they need to get here like yesterday....I helped, Monday, with www.hopeatl.com and Shaun King and crew need your help desperately.
I’m frustrated at the lack of help for these folks.

Inappropriate? We are sending cases of Tide to Georgia relief organizations to assist those affected by the floods.
With the help of our partner on the ground in Atlanta, we’ve learned that the majority of displaced families have returned home and have access to clean clothing but we are committed to helping those who still need help.
Thanks for the great comments and for showing support of the Loads of Hope program! -
Inappropriate?Hi! I think this is a truly great program. Just to add a personal perspective, my family is back in our home but our washer/dryer were in our basement that flooded. I'm sure there are others in our situation too! Anyway thanks for all you're doing to help.

Inappropriate?Have you been to Austell, GA (suburb of Atlanta, GA) recently hit by floods. As an event manager experienced in corporate event executions I will donate my time to manage and assist staff in this great effort of providing clean clothes. This is something most of us take for granted but can be a great blessing to others.

Inappropriate?Could you identify one family, in Austell, that I can make a small donation to? Please reply as I would like to do so anonymously.

Unfortunately we can't single out one family for you, however I would suggest contacting the local Feeding America there who might be able to help you.
