Having trouble sending e-mail to tide! i had a whole load of white clothes damaged due to some type of goey dye in the bottom of the washing powder! getting in contact with them via e-mail is impossible, it keeps asking for a value or something. I wasted 17 dollars without tax on the washing powder (liquid tide with april downy) and who kows howm much on my clothing! I expect to at least to be able to speak with someone. Because i have been using tide for so many years, I continue, but This needs to be looked into immediately!
