I'm addicted to Balsamic Vinegar....Help!!

Hi All.

Saw the new site and just had to write and ask you lot if anyone out there knows how to get ris of those pesky little dots of Balsamic Vinegar.

I have it most days on my salad at lunch and - however hard I try - unless I put on an apron (!) I get the odd Balsamic splash. Any hot tips??
