Tide is the best. I have been using Tide for over 35 years. I raised 5 boys and kept their clothes looking new and we all know how dirty boys can get. I am raising two granchildren at the moment and still rely on Tide for clean and good smelling clothes.I will skimp and go cheap when it comes to some things, but washing powders is not one of them. It is getting harder with the economy the way it is and salaries not what they once were, but I will continue to buy Tide as long as I can. It is a quality product. Don't change the quality of the product, but if feasable a cut in price would go a long way. Dianne
