I have been using Tide for over 20 years.. I am now switching unless I get my money back as the commerical states..

I recently bought Total care for the first time.. 40 load bottle.. I have used about half.. I had noticed orange streaks on my towels and little spots on bra's and other whites like socks etc.. didn't think to much about it until my first load of light colors and the first ruined t-shirt.

Now I was watching to see what was causing the problem. Next load was ok.. then a load of light colors.. I even put a color catcher in just in case it was clothes causing the problem.

Now I have 4 T-shirts 2 pair of sock and 3 bra's that are stained.. I do want my money back.

the T-shirts were for school and school is starting now.. I can't replace these shirts..MY daughters are very angry..I am very angry..

I won't be recommending this product to anyone.. I won't be using Tide anymore either..

In this economy I sure hope Tide is following through and refunding like the commerical states..
