Diane your not the only one. I have a brand new polo shirt that is light blue that is my husbands and it looks like crap now, there are several stains on it. Plus a white t-shirt my son has is also stained, it looks like he spilled juice down his front.

How can it be marked as "solved" if Diane has not posted if she has called and if what the solution is?

Same problem here, ruined too many items to consider, the advice suggested by the 'Fabric Expert' used a lot of Tide with Bleach and hot water but no good. Perhaps brighter with those dark stains like spilled juice.

I will not call their fabric expert. I will again state the problem here. I washed some clothes in Tide Total Care. My sons white band t-shirt, my husbands brand new worn once light blue polo shirt for work and at least one other whit shirt have come out of the wash with blue stains on them. Stains that were not there before they went in the wash. I think I pretreated the t-shirt and polo, but not the other shirt. Those are the details. I don't know what other details your "fabric expert" could possibly want. Your detergent, tide total care ruined at least three light colored clothing items. I have tried every many things to get the stains out and nothing works. I will not buy this product again, nor will I suggest it to anyone. There now their fabric expert has all the details.
Has anyone had any success in getting out the blue stains?

I am angry too.. I will be calling on Monday morning.. the stains I have though are orange..
At first I didn't think to much about a few random streaks on some socks or the towels..But, now I have 5 T-shirts of my daughters that are ruined.. One might be wearable as the stain is faint, but not the others..

My daughters are very angry also.

I, also, will not buy this product again and am thinking it is time to switch brands altogether ..

As anyone gotten they money back?

Marie- if the Tide fabric experts are suggesting Hot water and Tide with Bleach.. I can't use that advice..

The shirts that are ruined are cold water/gentle cycle.. so that sure wouldn't work..

Just it did not work for me either, the two items I was able to try it on were not helped either. They tried to give me some story about the poor quality of the fabrics and how the white had not been a true white. Well my tanks from Eddy Bauer were not on the low priced side and are now dust rags. Tide Total Care is only used for black clothes here now.

Tide has gone snobby?? These shirts are just the Old navy and Debs etc. but still this shouldn't have happened.. my bad for continuing to use the detergent after I first saw a problem.. even though I was mystified as to where it was coming from..

I will call and see what they tell me and we'll compare..

I had the SAME problem--A brand new Ralph Lauren bath towel is ruined, as is an organic cotton bathmat, several pairs of white socks, 1 bra, and some underwear. Not only do I want my money back, but I'd like a $100 visa gift card to replace the ruined items. I have always been a tide user, and I just thought I'd try this new product....I SO regret it.

My first try with Tide Total Care--Help!!! I now have large yellow stains on one bran new expensive king size quilt, and a pillow sham from another beding set. TWO KING SIZE BEDDING SETS, PRACTICALLY NEW, RUINED!!! I can't even reach Tide as their e-mail site doesn't accept my e-mail and I can't reach a real person on the phone, only a recording and then cut off. I am so angry and sick!! I wave always used Tide. I can't belive they are so irresponsible, and still advertising this product without so much of a warning.

I knew it was the laundry detergent! I just switched to tide and all the new clothes my husband and I purchased have these odd stains and discolorations on them. I still have the receipts for the clothes and the discolored clothes to prove it. I have an HE washer and purchase have had it for years and have never had this problem before I switched to Tide over 2 months ago. The clothes were costly and are now ruined. I will be seeking reimbursement for the clothes and the brand new $20 bottle of Tide and Stain Release packets I bought to get out the stains, which did not work by the way. I came on to the Tide website in search of answers and boy did I find them. I can not believe this product is still on the market. The Tide bottle I purchased says it isfor HE washers and it has ruined my family's clothes. Tide had better fix this problem or I have every intention of pursuing the issue.

I just used the tide-to-go pen to get out a stain. it left me when an even worse stain. a beautiful white dress now has a HUGE yellow mark on the bust and so far no way to get it out...any ideas on that?......

I have this problem too. Basically all my undergarments are now streaked with brownish gray stains and are unwearable since the stains show through my clothes. Several of them were new. Two of my daughter's expensive shirts are ruined and nothing I've tried gets the stains out. Everything else I've washed with Totalcare looks pathetic too. Anyone had any luck getting money to replace their garments? I am so disgusted and just calling some number is NOT going to work for me. I need money to replace my clothes.
