what happened to the free samples and do you really responde to people?
I have written you twice regarding problems. i am on a freebie site it says you are giveing out samples and I don't see anything but coupons. I wrote have gotten no response 2 times before one about my samples tha was suppose to be in my new washing machine that We didn't get then to ask if you can use the new stain release in the front loader machines. We had a house fire and anything that I can get for free I am trying to get but a sight that says free and doesn't do that is bad. I almost always use Tide I have for years please send us the samples Jan

Unfortunately we can't control what the 'freebie' sites do/say - we don't typically offer free samples and right now only have coupons available on our website. To get accurate info on our special offers each month I would suggest signing up for the Tide newsletter.
You can use Tide Stain Release in front load machines, just make sure you follow the instructions on the pack. There is a coupon for that on Tide.com this month.

Inappropriate?Well on 2 different sites I wrote to you the same day you recieved this notice I am signed up for Tides newsletter although I have not recieved any newsletter from Tide. I have written you before but I do not know the date sorry I can't help with that I'm just amazed someone fro your giant company got back with me. I may have mentioned in one of my letters to you that I don't have a printer for this computor we haven't bought one of those yet. We had a house fire so we had to buy everything new as we lost all. that is where I first contacted you due to no samples in our washer or dryer from Sears. at least you responded thank you for that Jan

They may be able to help you get some coupons or samples. Also, the coupons on our site are mailed to your home, so no need for a printer! I would definitely take the time to register for one of those.
So I can follow up with the team, which brand of machine did you buy from Sears? Usually there is at least one sample of Tide inside the machine so I want to chase the team to understand what happened here.
