Why tide with bleach he not getting clothes white?
We just bought a new top loader that uses HE soaps, we always used tide with bleach with great results, however now the new tide with bleach he our whites are gray and dingy after only one washing. we used one cup of det. we used to use two cups of the other tide with bleach.

Inappropriate?Lee - this seems very strange. I'm wondering if maybe cleaning your new machine might help? Have you tried Tide Washing Machine Cleaner?
If the problem persists I would suggest contacting the manufacturer or the Tide team using the 1-800 number on the back of your Tide bottle.
You shouldn't be seeing any difference in quality of results so i'm concerned by your experience.

I too am upset with the results of my detergent/machine, my whites are coming out dingey and gray. I am very disgusted and frustrated and dont know what to do. My machine is only 1 year old andso I know it is not dirty. It is the new frontloader which I find does not clean the clothes as well as the old fashioned top loaders. I prefer the older machines that hold more water and have the agitator action to get clothes clean. -
